My husband and I attended a workshop that was presented by Nick Rosenbauer on wills, trusts and most importantly, probate. He had very good printed materials to hand out for future references and did a great presentation incorporating slide presentation too. We had been procrastinating doing a will for many years mainly because we didn't really understand the process, expense and wondered if we could find a lawyer that we could trust. Nick made us feel comfortable right away and was easy to talk to like a friend. He took baby steps with us and explained everything as we created our living trust. He answered all our questions and never once made us feel like any of our concerns were trivial in any way. We would highly recommend spending a little time with him and are sure you will find him to be a good fit for your needs too.
