Rosenbaum Immigration Appeals

Reviews

I can't even begin to thank Carrie for her outstanding and timely work on my case. I had a very convoluted case and required very personal attention, which is what Carrie did very well. Moreover, Carrie was pregnant in the 8th month and was expecting to give birth soon, but she offered a great referral (Grace Alano) and offered to either let Ms Alano take upon the case or collaborate on the case with Grace Alano. Grace Alano decided, due to the complicated nature of my H1B case (I had lost my status, was trying to prove my old old lawyer had indeed committed errors which put me in a very difficult situation possibly facing 3 year ban) that she and Ms Rosenbaum will collaborate, with Ms Alano taking the lead. I think this was a great choice, since complicated cases are better done with a second set of eyes. Well, let me tell you: Carrie was not only pregnant and expecting to give birth, but she successfully second-pair-of-eye'ed and proof-read and advised on many many documents prepared for filing a legal brief to the US CIS. Carrie was extremely available, via email, and she and Ms Alano were in constant communication. Not only that, one day I found out that she had had her baby, and I still received email updates regarding a document not even a day into her child's new life. I was very moved by her caring. In the end, she and Ms Alano prepared a beautiful brief to be sent back to US CIS, which came back with a my status granted back to me!!!! (after almost 9 months of being out of status). I AM NOW BACK and LEGAL in this beautiful country. I would whole-heartedly recommend you use Carrie Rosenbaum's services in immigration and employment law. Ivan
