This guy completely robbed my family. I paid the lawyer 25k upfront he only attended one hearing and not filed one motion my fiancé has been incarcerated 2 years and we fired him due to his negligence and he dont want to refund any of our money. He charged me 25,000 to read a 100 page discovery that did not pertain to my fiancé he only needed to read two police reports he's a fraud and works against his clients. PLEASE DONT HIRE HIM SAVE YOUR MONEY. He says he did 40,000 worth of work and now I had to hire more representation.

He's nice enough to answer any questions I may have when I call for a word of advice, even though he was just a court appointed attorney for me many years ago. Real nice guy, Ken Moynihan is.
