I hired Morgan Potts to present me in my divorce. On my initial visit she was so nice and told me she would work with me on a payment plan since I’m a single mom of 3. She told me she was confident in taking my case and everything I wanted. On the first court date I waited for 6 hours and nothing was done, it was postponed and I was still charged for it. Everything I asked for she basically took my ex’s side and told me I didn’t have a choice but to agree. Now she is sending me emails, (remind you she is no longer my lawyer as of TODAY) threatening to file small claims on me while I’m still making payments. She is very very childish and a waste of money if your wanting a good lawyer. Most horrible experience ever dealing with a lawyer like this through such a difficult time in my life that she’s suppose to be on my side instead of my ex’s. She told me I was not entitled to back Childsupport even though we were separated for 2 years. I have spoke with 4 other attorneys today and my Childsupport case worker who told me otherwise.

Do not hire Charlie to stand up for your best interest, she will not do so. She is in a position to help people and guide them through what could be the lowest time in their life, but instead degrades them and leaves them feeling helpless. She collected close to $11,000 for a divorce case that has been drug out for a year now, and dropped her client leaving him no closer to finalizing the divorce than the day he hired her. Please advise your loved ones against hiring Rowland law firm. I don't want anyone to have to go through what my brother has.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! The staff is amazing and this women can shake a court house! She will fight for you! She did an amazing job on my case and never once let up! When she says “we’re going to get it done” she means it! But be ready to do your part!

WORST services ever! Do not waste your time with her if you are looking for an attorney that will actually listen to you as the paying client. She took my money and then withdrew from the case without me having any knowledge or a fair trial. She is only concerned with money and image. Joke of a law firm.
