I got an initial estimate that was not for my property. Then the owner came out and took info to do a proper estimate. That was 2 months ago. I called and emailed each week to follow up. No responses. I finally got in touch with the owner and he told me I would have my estimate that day. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

This company is the worst to work for, the owner is not a man of his word!!

Due to the high winds a cople weekends back, I was looking for a roofing company to insepct my roof and see if I need shingles replaced. I called once and the young lady on the phone seemed disinterested in my business. I asked her about this and she said that they wanted my business. She took my name and number, and replied that her boss would get back to me. When I asked if it would be that day, she said probably not. I waited a couple days and did not hear from them. I called again, and she said her boss was busy with other clients, but stated again she would give her boss my name and phone number. A few days went by and I received a voice mail from her stating her boss has my name and number but being that he is busy, he will have to call to set up a time to come by and check out my roof. It has now been over a week and no phone call or contact. I will still wait but also will check out other companys in Calvert County. It seems this business has so much work it can afford to not do business.
