If I had known that my father came by these characters via an invitation in the mail for a free steak dinner and not through Referral, we would have spoken out against them. We wouldn't have the extra burden of wondering "How could this possibly happen?" They either represent a clients wishes or they don't. Touting in a custom DVD, displaying who my father had designated to oversee certain aspects of his wishes means something. Should those wishes not be executed as per his last will, the last thing anyone would want to hear is "That is in the past"
