When I say I was beyond worried that I would be completely lost without the guidance and support from Marc . Marc ensured that I was properly treated for my injuries. As well as ensuring my case was handled appropriately. He’s hands down my favorite person from S&W .

They forgot my case. 3 years old and not responding last they canceled 2 appointments for a deposition. Now nobody answer me I don’t really recommend this lawyer ever

I am more than satisfied with my representation from Ken Saffren at S&W. Ken kept me informed of my case every step of the way and wouldn’t settle until he made sure that we reached a number I agreed with. At S&W I was shown sympathy and compassion for my circumstances. If I ever need any legal services again I would definitely use them again.

I originally contacted the firm of Saffron and Weinberg and Mr. Robert Maizel in 2021 and signed papers for him to represent me in an employment case. I didn’t hear from him until months later in 2022 . He totally forgot that I signed up with him . I should have ran fast at that point . I decided to continue on with him . I would later regret that decision. Mr Maizel continued not to show professionalism by not showing up to scheduled meetings, not returning calls/ emails . His lack of professionalism would eventually put my case in a position where I was short of loosing certain rights . He advised me to file an EEOC complaint . When the EEOC issued a right to sue . He dropped my case the same day I received the right to sue notice . Knowing , I only had 90 days to file a lawsuit and that no other lawyer would pick up a case at this late point . When I confronted Mr Maizel he became angry and started verbally attacking me . I reported this behavior to Mr. Weinberg a named partner at the firm which he did nothing. If you have any type of employment issue or any other legal matter please protect yourself and do not hire this firm . They have made me loose all rights to fight this case with their lack of professionalism .

I just want to thank this team for everything they have done for me I really appreciate it.
