Attorney Andre Sailers was my 1st and only attorney. He represented me in my case and got it dismissed! He also represent my son for a serious case which we just got a big WIN that bought tears to my eyes. He keeps you in the loop during the whole process along with his ppl at his office. I worked with Attorney Sailers on a case of mine 6 years ago. The officers were unjustified in their detention of me. The officers were unjustified in the charges levied against me. Attorney Sailers went to the site of the detention, took my statement, took pictures of the relevant street signs and a video of the area to use in court. Attorney Sailers actually used GA Case Law and pure common sense questioning of the police officers involved to help clarify my innocence. The judge ruled that there was no reason to stop and detain me. The officers also added charges after the stop and Atty. Sailers ensured that all charges were dropped.
