I can't recommend Jose Saldivar enough. He was very responsive throughout the whole process. He worked on a case for my wife where she had multiple felony charges and we settled without a felony at all. Of course every situation is different and no guarantees were made, but we are grateful for his hard work and thoroughness. Also, these court hearings were in Tucson, so he had to travel and was always punctual. 100% worth it and happy we worked with him.

I don't recommend this place at all. I called on Friday and asked 3 questions to the front desk Is associates taking new clients? Front desk said yes My case is out of state will they be able to practice out there? Front desk said yes How much the fee? Front desk said 300 I scheduled a consultation and the first thing the lawyer told me after taking my money that they don't practice out of state. Ridiculous and misleading, beware.

I hired Mr. Saldivar in 2021. I paid $5,000 for this service, which was a horrible decision. The lack of communication with this firm, the miscommunication with this firm and clearly lack’s experience in trials, It was the most idiotic thing I’ve witnessed. the judge decided my case and I came out fine but NOT by his doing. I lost $5000 to watch a guy in a suit read out of a text book like it was his first time there. The entire thing was a joke. And I’ve lost $5,000 of my hard earned money. I wish for the next person in a desperate situation to LOOK elsewhere. Save your time and money, look elsewhere. Anyone reading this, feel free to email me about this moment.
