My interactions with the lawyers have always been professional,but have been shown such kindness,even when they were having to give news regarding the case,that may have been not what I cared to hear,.However with their tenacity and persistence, the end result was one I had hoped would occur. Salter Ferguson was who I called after a car accident. I honestly called a few firms and Salter Ferguson was the only office where I didn't hear alot of background noise, like it was a call center, or that said someone had to call me back. They were the only ones that from the start of the conversation seemed to be really listening to me and what my situation was. I immediately felt that they would give my case the attention I wanted it to have. And wow, besides it being an absolute pleasure getting to know them, they sure came through for me! I was shocked at my settlement (!) and realized that during those times I wasn't hearing from them, they were researching, collecting information, and then wheeling and dealing!! I was thrilled! I so so strongly recommend Salter Ferguson! And I thank them for all they did for me.
