If I was asked to describe this law firm in one word, it would be outstanding! I was nervous even though I read all the great reviews. I have never hired a lawyer to fight a ticket; it was 100% worth it. My teeen recieved a ticket and I was very worried about an increase in insurance price . From the minute I called this firm, they were pleasant and set expectations. I was especially pleased to have an actual person to speak to instead of doing things online like another company in the Tampa area. They told us what to expect and gave us a time line. I was charged with “Failure to Stop for Stopping Traffic - Reckless” after an accident where I rear-ended a commercial van in stop and go traffic. I provided attorney Ryan Sulte with a written detailed description of the circumstances: the handling characteristics of an empty/unloaded 3/4 ton pickup truck on a rain-soaked highway. Plus, I provided my driver history from each of the two states I’ve lived and worked in going back 11 years (which show no violations and no at-fault accidents). My presence was not required at the virtual hearing. Mr Sulte managed to get the charge dismissed - no fine and no points.
