You think big, see far and build up those who are often unseen.

They have terms in their lease agreements that are illegal. Then they threaten you if you don't pay extra. Not worth the hassle. Avoid staying in these properties at all costs. They are true thieves. Particularly Paige Steinberg, Jessica Gentle, Rebecca Trumble and others in the leasing office.

Really awful buildings to work in. Constant construction noise during business hours, even after they send out emails promising no construction except in the evenings. Empty promises to fix the falling ceilings and toxic fumes. Full of apologies and excuses, but conditions never get better. Stay away.

Fantastic location in the Fenway neighborhood. Graham, Tim, and Team are a pleasure to work with.
