I rented the most dilapidated and disgusting apartment I have ever been inside of. 129 w Hendricks apt 3. 22 months they evicted me over a pending charge I have still not even been to trial over. Guilty until proven innocent. The condition of that 125 year old house is disgusting and dangerous. The maintenance vendors they hire are lying unskilled jack leg labor. The units are unlawfully wired . Go look in the basement at the 1940s fuse box. I 20 amp fuse runs 1 apt. I would appreciate an opportunity to call you the slum lord you are to your lyin face.

Settled a debt , paid them to close the account for good and not deal with collections. They took my money easy peasy. Account is still in collections. Still an owed balance on that acct. no receipt was given and no one will return my calls. Bad business !! The agreement was to settle and close the acct. not pay and still have a remaining balance. These folks lie ! Bad business ! Do not deal with them if you do not have to. Would have been worth my wild to hire an attorney , pay the extra money and not deal with the never ending headache that has ensued.

Jeff in collections is truly a remarkable masterpiece. He possesses an unparalleled talent for expressing himself, even going as far as offering his candid insights. I was so scared when I was evicted from my home and did not know how I would be able to afford payments. Jeff Simon has worked so hard to help me get through a hard situation and, as long as I kept my payment promises, worked with MANY extensions and bumps in the road. I am proud to say, thanks to his help and this company's understanding, that I have paid off my debt. :) Don't listen to these bad reviews, these guys are amazing as long as you keep to your end of the promises made. THANK YOU SO MUCH JEFF!!!!!!

I settled a debt with this company for 2000.00 to be paid within 60 days. My original debt was 1200.00 and it was from 2008. Upon paying my last payment, Jeff the account manager at the firm became very rude and unprofessional on the phone. He stated,” Once we are done, I will fax you over a credit card authorization form to sign?” I was confused considering I have given the company 1500.00 already and have yet to sign anything! I’m highly upset at this point .. Why I’m I signing credit card receipts 30 days after you have the money! .. He then stated I wouldn’t get my release and became very rude and overtalked me! The lines are recorded, and someone in higher power needs to address his behavior, it’s completely uncalled for! ....I will be calling to speak with Tina tomorrow, as Jeff has yet to fax over any documents to me! ... Pretty sad law firm! You need to hire better representatives, especially when you having willing citizens who aren’t dodging you to make payments!
