Jeremy Wallace is perhaps the least competent real estate attorney I’ve worked with. Fighting with you the client to get the other side’s interests taken care of, missing important details in contract that would have messed up the transaction, and when you take the time to read the sales contract before signing, he’d tell you in a condescending tone that you don’t have to read it and he makes way too much money that you are wasting his time. The entire time that I was in his office, he was constantly berating his assistant, saying how incompetent he is. I really wonder who would want to work with this human being.

Eric is incredibly knowledgeable about Hoboken real estate law and general trends. During my sales transaction, he was very responsive and professional. I deeply appreciate Kimberlie's strong attention-to-detail as well. The entire process felt easier for me knowing that I had such a capable legal team in my corner.
