Our company and personal accounts were drained by a fraudster who impersonated our bank (one of the largest), and also hacked into our cellphone and all of our bank account information. The bank denied all responsibility even after we documented the fraud. Reports were filed with the police, FBI, CFPB, OCC - but to no avail.
