I'm not someone who likes to write negative reviews. Schinner Law help me draft a basic land purchase agreement contract - but beware - 1/3 of the itemized $1000 bill included charges ( at $550/hr) for the first introductory 'interview' call to outline the scope of work AND charges for the email exchange to schedule that call (before we even met!). When I questioned those charges, Michael Schinner's response was "...the fees exceeded $1k, but as an accommodation, I discounted it to $1k." If that was the case, why include trivial charges for scheduling the first meeting? I realize we are only talking $330, but the response made me question the ethics and transparency of this law group. I wish I didn't have to say that.

huge rip off. We paid upfront for a consultation with the idea of getting some good information from this dude. We talked to him for half an hour, he told us absolutely nothing as if he was giving us some sort of free consultation. We asked for a refund, he gave us something but still charged us for a full hour. Absolutely not recommended
