SCAM ALERT!!! Got a letter in the mail from this company, stating that I got sent to collection by a bank that we don’t even have.. My address was correct and so was my name. This is the second time I get this letter. I called the first time and we have to call a second time because they hung up the first time. The man just told me to disregard the letter, that it wasn’t for me. ???? I also called the bank that supposedly sent me to collections, they don’t even use this collection agency...

Scammers!! Received a letter from a bank I don’t even use or haven’t ever used at all saying I owe money. Throw the letters away if you get them, or even better, if you need further verification, just check your credit report.

I was calling in this law firm to let them know the letter send to me; defendant does not live in the current address. Let's say the representative has no respect towards anyone as I read these reviews. I was just told to return the letter but of course in harsh tone. Have some respect to others and maybe your law firm will be appreciated more; think about that.

Tried to pay a $50.00 bill for my 77 year old mom who has dementha and is hard of hearing. Called 5 times was hung up on and disconnected. Both collector Anthony and his supervisor was rude and difficult to deal with. They would not except my payment of her bill despite the fact that I know all the information. The wanted her permission to let me pay her bill. Do to her dementha she couldn't think and started to cry over a $50.00 bill I wanted to pay. There was no reason for this! These people need to have schooling on socializing. I never thought trying to pay a bill would be made so difficult.

Regarding debt collection: Their answering service is quick and case managers are available in a timely fashion, but they like to interrupt. Very frustrating.
