I have dealt with 2 major law firms that did not do as thorough job of asking the correct questions. Doug Schmidt ask questions that nobody else asked and put everything in perspective that should have been done in the first place. Doug was very caring and professional and deeply thorough on detail, asking the right questions with caring thoughts and concerns about me.
