Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews—I question their authenticity. My experience with Kurt as an arbitrator and Michael Robbins, who my husband hired, was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite an initial agreement for 50-50 custody of our three children, Kurt allowed my husband to remain in the marital home and completely dismissed my repeated requests to maintain the status quo. As a result, I was forced to move in with my parents—both battling cancer—adding unimaginable stress to an already overwhelming situation. Kurt and Michael Robbins demonstrated a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and fairness throughout. When I requested a delay because my mother was undergoing brain surgery, Michael Robbins accused me of lying, and Kurt heartlessly proceeded without considering the circumstances. Tragically, my mom passed away a month later. Their insensitivity and disregard for my family’s well-being left lasting pain for both my children and me. I urge others to share their experiences, as I believe Kurt’s connections and partiality seriously undermine his integrity. No one seeking justice or compassion should have to endure what I went through. Based on my experience, I believe this lawyer should face serious accountability, if not disbarment. This process left me feeling humiliated, unsupported, and betrayed during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Kurt or Michael Robbins to anyone.
Horrible! Do not use! Especially women do not use Kurt Schnelz for ANYTHING especially not Mediation or Arbitration!
