Customer service sucks. The person I spoke with was rude and unprofessional, nasty attitude and very smart.

Unable to give me any information about the garnishment taken from my account from my bank account. Agent could not or would not help me.

These people are rude and nasty. They don't care if their paperwork was applied to the wrong person. Rot in hell!

They are the most disrespectful people I ever have to work they enter me into a contract I said if I did not do it I was going to have to pay the whole entire bill plus court and lawyer fee so I was scared because this is my first time ever being sued. So I decided to go to court and the judge dismissed everything . They did not show up the first time because they did not come to court.
