What Joshua pulled off for me was nothing short of miraculous. I had failed to make a court date, which earned me a general session bench warrant.I retained counselor Schultz in hopes that maybe he could get the bench warrant lifted. He went far and beyond the call of duty. What he did exceeded what I would have thought even possible. Oh yes, He got the bench warrant lifted AND got the charges thrown out so I didn't have to worry about going to court AND , on top of all that, got my probation completely terminated. ???? WOW!! Joshua is patient and kind. He knows the law. If you actually done the crime then yes a plea is due. But if you haven’t Joshua will do everything in his power to make sure you’re fully exonerated but he also knows how the law works and it’s not a fair justice system. I was promised 90 days with home detention but law doesn’t work as promised it’s not his fault, Joshua is an advocate for his clients. I just want to let him know out loud that I appreciate everything he is doing for me and has done for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
