The environment here is great. Very welcoming to kids and their families. My son loved the little play area and the decorations everywhere. He was quite nervous each time he went and didn't seem to build a report with the staff but they were all very nice from a parent perspective. Unfortunately my experience here netted quite a few visits that I ultimately felt weren't needed and a 2nd opinion confirmed that. Additionally I took my son in expecting him to have two cavities filled and instead he came out missing two different teeth. As I signed the paperwork without reading it completely I accept responsibility for not catching it upon arrival but, the schedule I was provided for his treatment plan differed and I was not notified of the change ahead of time. When I asked why I was told that the dentist had the option to reorder the treatment plan however he saw fit. My son was somewhat traumatized as a result as I had built him up to expect one thing but something else was done. While the staff was polite in explaining the situation, it left me with a bad taste in my mouth and not wanting to return.

Love this office! The staff is all super friendly and they are very kid-oriented. My kids were actually excited to go back. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist for their kids!!

This office was great! Checked all my boxes! Consistent Communication... Appt started on time...Child friendly waiting room. Staff was very friendly and I have to say Summer was amazing throughout the whole tooth extraction process. Dr. Weinstein was very patient...upbeat and took his time explaining the after care expectations. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family with children. Thanks again for the great experience.

Thank you Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry for making my family feel comfortable every visit. I’ve never had long wait times or questions that have gone unanswered. It can me difficult with 5 children to plan and maneuver dental visits but everyone at the practice has been considerate and extremely helpful.

We love Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming! They make your child feel comfortable and cared for. My son looks forward to the prizes at the end.
