Every agent I've dealt with was VERY Unprofessional, and RUDE to say the least. If you are another unfortunate person to have to deal with them. My advice. Get from under them as soon as you can. Cause they will definitely screw you over! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!

They are horrible to deal with. They violate Federal laws thar protect consumers...They don't honor offers sent by mail. And they will lie. When confronted about th e lies. They will stay silent, or deny they said it..will twist around their own words..????????????????

I have signed their contract and have been making the agreed payments on a loan I defaulted on with another conpany. They have yet to cancel court on August 3rd and they keep claiming I have not signed their agreement although I have submitted it 3 times. I don't think the judge will be very happy when I come in with my copy of the agreement, my bank statements, and the monthly reminders I get every month that reminds me of my upcoming payment. I am tired of getting the run around, and I will see you and judge Cook soon.

Not quite sure why there are so many bad reviews. I signed a confidential agreement, but the only thing I can tell you is they're professional and are willing to work out a reasonable deal. Don't get upset if you get their letter because the first one is more of an attempt to reach out to you to discuss your options. Otherwise, they will take legal action if you ignore their letters.
