I would rate as 0 stars if possible. Dennis was hired as a closing attorney for a recent real estate purchase of mine. He forced the sellers of the property to do all of the work. He gave absolutely no effort on this job. He was hired in December and promised a January closing, only to have an official closing in June (6 months late). At the last minute (week of closing) he increased his service charge by 300% to $6800 from $1700 in hopes to get over on the sellers. He said the new price was due to the time spent on the assignment. Per prior reviews this is a common practice of his to give 0 effort and draw out the process so that he can charge more. I do not recommend using this attorney if you value efficiency or integrity.

Mr.Leahy never sent us any paperwork about what he did nothing what so ever $1500 for telling us he was representing us , I guess he is the typical lawyer in all the jokes, he doesn't care about the average person just his wallet
