Sean O. Boyle

Three years ago, I described my dream cottage to Sean O’Boyle and he found it immediately. Together with Babs, they made the sale very smooth and easy. Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with.

Sean O'Boyle and Babs operate impeccably, and I write this review mainly to compensate for the one bad review here, based on an enquiry from outside Ireland. Last year, I came from the UK to view my perfect house, and paid a holding deposit. Sean showed me the house, and didn't even complain when I got lost on the way, making him drive out to a landmark to find me. However the buyer of my own house pulled out days later, and I was no longer able to move. I was devastated, but Mr O'Boyle kindly returned my holding deposit immediately, without my even having to ask. This experience could have made him reticent in dealing with buyers from abroad, and I wouldn't blame him, because he'd really put himself out to accommodate my situation. I still hope to be able to return to Ireland some day.

Sean was a pleasure to deal with. He couldn't do more to help. A lovely honest man. Just ask the locals - he's very highly talked about.

An unfortunately unprofessional experience. Mr. O'Boyle did not appear interested in our business purely due to our current residency outside of Ireland and could not be bothered to provide basic accommodation (namely video footage of the property) or even return our calls. We have not had this issue with nor such an attitude from any other agency and will therefore be taking our business elsewhere.

Sean sold a property for me recently and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. His approach is refreshingly clear and honest. It's you the customer that is important unlike some other agents I have dealt with, who put their own needs at the centre of the transaction.
