I worked for nearly two years for Sedgwick as a subrogation recovery representative. I volunteered for OT and weekends, was a week AHEAD in my work, and was one of the best performers the company had. Instead of giving me a raise after 1 1/2 years, they decided to lay me off, along with about 50 other seasoned veterans simply because the director had a personal problem with each of us. Ironically, she also got fired later on for using work email to carry on an affair with another supervisor. They basically laid off a bunch of good people because of their mismanagement and unprofessionalism. In fact, they should be called Sedgwick Claims MISManagement Services.

THIS COMPANY HANDLES CLAIMS FOR AVIS RENTAL CARS... ONE OF THEIR CARS WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WITH ME A DRUG DEALER HIT ME AND MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER!... THEY HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO PROCESS THE CLAIM BUT TIFFANY DORROH HAS MADE IT PERSONAL AND REFUSES TO ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS ON THE MATTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT SUPERVISORS ARE ALL UNANSWERED AS THEY JUST WANT US TO GO AWAY AND SWEEP THIS UNDER THE RUG !!!... RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY SHOWS ITS ALMOST COMPANY POLICY!...
