Doesn’t have the Childs best interest in mind. Takes her time like peoples life’s aren’t hanging in the balance. Whoever sends the most emails to her office or calls will get there way even if it is opposite of child’s wants. Innocents happen and she doesn’t follow up. I filed a grievance with the state personally hope she isn't a GAL for my worst enemy she’s that bad.

Well she was a Dean attorney assigned to me. Well considering the circumstances she keeped me free and really helped me out. Kate Seifert is a very kind sweet down to earth attorney. Always answered my questions promptly and she apologized when she wasn't able to get to the phone. If I met a girl like her I'd probably be in a better place in life. She is very cute too.

I don't recommend Kate T Seifert as a attorney much less a GAL. She doesn't care about the child's best interest rather she is more interested in how much she will profit from the case. She didn't appear in court in person once. She doesn't follow through with what she says she will do nor will she communicate with you unless you have a attorney. She is a prime example of horrible GAL. My child has suffered at her hands.

Terrible communication, cancels or doesn’t show up to court appearances, did very little for my custody and child support and in the end was given the bare minimum for custody and maximum for support payments, I would have been better off representing myself

Not friendly. Kate has horrible perception for a GAL.
