Locked ALL of my money. Money I use to pay bills, Rent, incoming money, food money and wanted payment or they would not release ANY funds. I could not access anything for a long time. Put me behind a lot. Random credit card I didn’t pay from lord knows when. I forgot it existed. Customer service rep is a divkhead. Didn’t even have kids at the time it was used or open I don’t even remember that nonsense. But having kids and locking us out of our money to LIVE ON is screwed up!

This company saved me. I have never encountered any problems with the staff and making my payments. I almost completed my debt and feel very grateful for them keeping me on track.

I was expecting to be treated poorly when I contacted them, but I got the complete opposite. They were absolutely wonderful and worked with me on clearing up a past debt. My story is a long sad one so I won't get into details but Selip & Stulianou went out of their way for me and I could never do enough to show my appreciation. To everyone who helped me, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart you are all amazing people. I still have a long road to travel but this made it much easier. Thank you so much.

I had settled an account in 2022 and in a home buying process it appeared that I never settled this account. I had payment evidence , letters etc. Now this account has a different file num. I called and the rep was very rude and told yes you do owe , you didnt pay! I was really upset because she didnt even listen. When i said i have a confirmation num and email evidence , she insisted to tell me "you didnt pay" she get a manager and he says the same but listens to what i had to say and explain the documents I have. He ask for a day to review the file because the Info i have is different. Apparently ,the rep accredited my payment to someone else with the same name. Samuel Garcia was very helpful in taking the time to listen and be patient because I was on very upset. He found the issue corrected it. Im very thankful for him in solving the issue and getting my payoff letter to continue my homebuying process. Now the reps are very rude. I believe you dont have to be rude or disrespectful to collect a debt. A CSR has to have to the discipline to listen and dont take nothing personal the person is going to be upset but understand they may be going through a hardship, offer options to help them in this situation. You guys need more employees like Samuel Garcia!!
