Is this place for real? I feel like these documents are fake. No notary, no signatures on any documents, no dates. My husband went through this ridiculous process and agreed to make the 1st payment at the end of last week. What a surprise, we get another 25 pages that is now stating nothing was received. We shall see about that because we have all the records proving otherwise. Seems like someone is pocketing the cash because they will not take a check, they just want your personal bank account info. I would be cautious and do your homework if you receive a shady summons that you are being sued because if this doesn't get rectified, we will get our lawyer involved. This madness is all over $2,000.00 and it costs more to go to court then the actual debt. Has anyone else had this happen recently? I don't trust anyone and the scams are just disgusting. It seems like they are threatening people who are trying to get by. We are recording every call and holding on to every document because something is DEFINITELY WRONG HERE!!!!
The actual worst company ever, sent them numerous documents that I was consolidating my loans. They ignored all of those documentation requests to cease a settlement case with them. They served and mailed four packets, which were never notarized nor recorded with the county and serve documents I was given was never directly given to me. It was always given to a neighbor who had no idea who I was, nor where I live as they were two houses down from me. This is just a debt collection place that has a lawyer who is more than likely at risk of losing their license to practice as this practice they are doing is bordering illegal activity.
I have little to say I was paying off of that they were fair with me on the final payment and I commend them for that. They didn't overcharge my credit card I did.
They worked well with me and even settled my bill for a very reasonable amount. They don't need to care about your situation, they are there to do a job they are contracted to do, and yet they seemed to genuinely care about the circumstances I was facing. Decent people for sure.
Absolutely terrible operation whose legitimacy is questionable, especially noticed through their correspondence and debt collection processes. They need to seriously be investigated. They’re even charging interest on debts that they didn’t even own and got for pennies on the dollar. It’s despicable and everyone involved in the operation needs to seriously considering finding a new line of work just for the safety of your soul and morals. I’ll be happy to have my lawyer call them after I file bankruptcy to be rid of them for good, and if they try to come for me once my stay is in effect, the whole operation with crumble.
