My wife and I are in the process of closing on our home and it is being delayed because of Ryan Chandler and his paralegal Gina. Our bank sent them specific instructions on information for our closing, only for them to make a significant mistake. Their response to us was “that our closing is unusual” insinuating that their mistake should be excused. Some closings are not simple, and you would think that a lawyer would have more attention to detail. We are still in the process of trying to resolve this issue and I will edit this post with the outcome good or bad. Edit: Everything worked out in the end, but there should not have been any major road bumps or hiccups.

We traveled from New York to N.C., most folks know this is a difficult process. We met with Ryan, very nice guy, he made the closing process painless as possible. We just finished the closing and suspect no issues. Highly recommend.

Process is quick and easy. 30-45 minutes and you will be out the door!
