Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi did an amazing job with my moms case. My mom was very stressed and concerned with her car accident case until Robert and Jonathan over at Panish Shea Boyle assisted her and our family. They were very professional, polite and respectful. Any question or concern we had they were there to help aid us. Our family is grateful to have met both Robert and Jonathan as well as Kimberly who helped translate and explain the process to us. They truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend their services. -Manzo Family
I am very thankful to Dan Dunbar and the team at Panish Shea & Boyle. Dan is an exceptional attorney who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the law. Dan has impeccable communication skills and always kept me up to date of the progress of my case. Dan always made time for me by answering my calls, texts or emails promptly. Dan’s best quality is his compassion for his clients. Dan was always willing to listen to me and he was dedicated in obtaining the best possible settlement for me. I cannot say enough about Dan and highly recommend Panish Shea & Boyle.
Panish, Shea, Boyle and Ravipudi represented us in a suit against the local utility for their responsibility in the Thomas Fire. Our immediate contact and the person most responsible for interfacing with my wife and I was Lyssa Roberts. I felt like my daughter was representing us as she became so involved and close to us. I always knew she was in our corner at every step of the process. It was long and arduous but Lyssa made it so much easier than it could have been. She made sure the proper experts were consulted and was ever cognizant of our costs. She fought long and hard to make sure our story was told and thoroughly understood our situation. We are forever indebted to Lyssa and the whole firm for making a very difficult situation bearable. Bud and Kim Sloan Sloan Ranch
We sought out legal counsel after a delivery truck driver, while under the influence, failed to stop in traffic and killed our son in a horrific accident. From the beginning, it was more than about money for our family. We wanted to change how and who this national company hired for their drivers and hopefully have an impact on the trucking industry standards in general. This accident was well known in the community, and as a result, we were approached by several legal firms. However, we were referred to Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi LLP and invited them for an interview. We were impressed that they sent 3 lawyers and one legal aide on a Saturday afternoon. That day we noticed they were not only professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable, but didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear, but what we could realistically expect. We also discussed what we really wanted: to prevent employers from hiring substance abusers who pose a greater risk driving larger more dangerous vehicles while impaired. They indicated their core values also included prevention, and that they would be willing to partner with us on this point, which is what set them apart from the others. Needless to say, we chose for Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi LLP to represent us that day. The entire process was emotionally challenging for us. Our main point of contact, Ian Samson, was available to us 24/7. Ian kept us updated and patiently eased our anxieties along the way. When the opposing party seemed to backslide on previously agreed upon elements during our negotiation, adding even more tension to our emotional state, Ian held firm in his support. He continued to advocate to our desired outcome and maintained our dignity and freedoms to express ourselves about our son’s story. Most importantly, the firm did not forget our most important goal. Modway, the company the delivery driver was delivering for, has agreed to a third-party review of its delivery driver hiring practices and fleet policies, as well as to publish those updated policies to become a developing standard for other companies. Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi LLP facilitated making this a safer world for our society and helped give us some peace with the loss of our son.
Our lives were turned upside down when my wife was rear ended while stopped at a red light. She was left with a traumatic brain injury and plagued by severe migraines as a result. After some deliberation, we decided to sue the driver (I say “we” because I also sued for loss of consortium). Fortunately, a good family friend (who just happens to be an attorney) advised that we ask Panish | Shea | Boyle | Ravipudi if they’d represent us. After reviewing our case, they agreed to take it (we were specifically represented by attorneys Spencer Lucas and Marguerite Sanvictores, as well as a host of others that support them), and the end result was nothing short of amazing! Watching these pros in action was like watching masters at work in the practice of law, and it was very comforting knowing they were on our side. They were in complete control and left no stone unturned in their dogged efforts on our behalf. I do not embellish in the slightest when I tell you that the opposing counsel for the defendant was very intimidated by their prowess. And why wouldn’t they be. PSBR’s reputation speaks for itself, and their winning percentage surpasses their peers. It was evident from the very first deposition that the opposing counsel was clearly outclassed. At the end of the day, we were able to settle without even having to go to court, and even though no amount of money is worth what we have endured in the aftermath of the accident, we’re ecstatic with the sum of money we were awarded. I should also like to mention that they really took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and we never felt like we were just a number to them. If you are in need of representation, you should not hesitate to call on these professionals to represent you.
