This firm portrays that they are representing homeowners in class action lawsuits but my experience says otherwise. After agreeing to have them inspect my home, I booked round trip flights to make the scheduled appointment. Then 37 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment they called and canceled. No explanation. I reached out asking for an explanation and didn’t receive one until I messaged that I will no longer be part of their lawsuit. So I’m out the airfare and Uber expenses. They demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism or care to me.
