While I do not wish anyone need the services of an attorney, I was certainly blessed to be referred to Chelsea Horowitz. She was kind, helpful, informative. Her communication is superb; I was never left to wonder what was going on with my case. Nor did I have to reach out as she was in frequent communication, often anticipating questions I might have. It is evident that she enjoys helping others. Chelsea walked me through what would have otherwise been a very confusing and frustrating process (from documentation and paperwork to interactions with opposing party). She provided clear answers, support and guidance. She left nothing to guesswork. Absolute worst lawfirm ever !! They don’t keep you posted on the status of the case you have to literally call them 1 thousand times to even get connected to Justin who never knows anything regarding the case they always say they will have your attorney call you but they never do… do not use these attorneys choose someone else it will be a waste of time it’s been 12 years since my case started !! 12 years !! Last time I spoke with them was the beginning of 2024

My experience with Silberstein, Awad & Miklos, P.C. was amazing! I got rear ended in September and was left with a totalled car and several herniated discs so I needed an attorney.
