Mr. Charboneau wrote up the examiner report as he overseen the objections hearing for my subdivision. Which was held by the ROAD COMMISSION OAKLAND COUNTY as they forced their road improvements and excessive tax that came with it on to me and my neighbors. This guy wrote a report nothin like it should have read as hearing examiner. Lied the whole report took photos of roads that aren't even in our sub for photos if bad spots. A joke.
