Just as a word of advice if you have never been through this situation before let me give you a little insight. If you make an initial down payment and the clerk informs you that they are writing something up that the attorneys have to review and they will send you an email. Don't listen to that because clearly I misinterpreted what was said. You will not receive anything in writting from this law firm. Not even a receipt or a receipt booklet. They dont even send you how much is left to pay off the debt! Just a word of advice UPDATED REVIEW: I assumed that Ive paid in full because there were no more phone calls or receipts only to find out that I still had a debt to pay. I received a letter to appear in court which i wouldve done, if the law firm didnt call me to work out an arrangement. I travel to the office on Monday to sign the paperwork and stop the judgement. Only to receive a call on Wed from another worker in the law firm saying that I failed to appear in court. After speaking with the attorney, he stated that i didnt have anything to worry about. This office lacks communication. Im glad that im almost paying my debt!!

This law firm is a joke. You agree to one term and then they make changes without notifying you. Everyone is rude and disrespectful. They follow unethical collection practices and should be investigated.

Going to call me while my mother is in urgent care and threaten me, about a car that I no longer have and expect me to pay for.
