If I could Id give this place 0. Eric Washington is the rudest most disrespectful person Ive ever encountered and every receptionist is no different. The fact that I gave this place any of my money to begin with insane. He told me watch my tone after I asked him to let me finish what I was saying lol. Tough talking clients must be in the training manual. If they hate their lives so much, why work there? I didnt force you to spend 2/3 of your life in an office because you refused to finish school

Told me I should received an email by monday and its now Friday. I keep calling them for the reminder but always hard to keep the person in touch. Neikisha is her name. Plus she was rude and unprofessional

The receptionist is beyond rude. Asking me am I going to let here finish because she felt I was cutting her off due to our phones breaking up. If your staff is having a bad day send them home. Its a bad look for your company. Next time I will not be as nice and be rude back.

These people are rude! They have been rude since day one. My collections are on auto pay and they will still call and make it as though they haven’t been paid. God bless this establishment because if it last a few more years I will be impressed.

They call you multiple times, over and over. When you answer, there is total silence. I assume this is the way they say the "called" the client.
