Disgusting experience with this place of business. The collectors Ashley, Cedric and Kisha are absolutely horrible in every sense imaginable! Very vulgar, disrespectful, rude, lots of profanity, they're inelegant and low enders. You would think the attorneys of this place - Silverman would rid that swamp out? I would not tolerate such tasteless behaviors from their employees. My partner had a small debt leftover, but passed on and they are terribly insensitive with lots of coldness in demeanor and sarcasm and laughter once informed . Beware, you've been warned!

This is one of the worst Law Office I have ever dealt with. Very unfriendly and rude to say the least.

The man I had to deal with was very unprofessional. I was a week late because we had to pay mortgage which is way more on the important level. All I said was you guys don't have to call me to let me know and he took it as if I had this big attitude. And God's honest truth, before I could say anything remotely feisty back, he hung up the phone. We know you need money and people are trying their best when they've been out of jobs. Do they care? Not at all. These people are ignorant and DO NOT CARE about anyone.

I am in the middle of a chapter 7 and they are still attempting to garnish wages which is illegal. They got an illegal judgment against me and chose not to attend the meeting of creditors. They tried to pull my wages this week .. the day after my meeting. They had been made aware of my filing as well as the date of the meeting. I will be suing them for harassment

This is a very unprofessional firm.
