I had a pretty serious case and Leroy is THE BEST very first court date I was offered probation! I was from out of state he was able to convince them to let me come home with my family! He can work on communication a bit but when you’re a good lawyer you tend to get busy and he’s only human.

Dannielle is the best attorney I have had, hands down and I've been through 8. I finally found one I can trust with legal issues. If you are looking for an attorney, she is the one. First, she communicates. If you have had dealings with attorneys before, then you know that is a rarity. When she is working on your case, it feels like you have her entire attention; she isn't try to focus on your case while working on 8 others. She got to listen to the same things I did from the judge and be appalled just like me, like when the judge said out loud "Well, it's only meth". I don't think either of us will ever forget that statement by a judge. She gives good solid legal advice - even if it's not what you want to hear and if you ask she will even explain her reasoning behind why she is advising you the way she is (past experience with a particular judge, past court experience, etc.). If you have a legal need I strongly suggest you reach out to her and at least have a conversation.

Nothing but great things to say about Mr. Simms, he personifies his motto "He will never be out prepared in court". He works hard in and out of the courthouse, is intelligent, calculated, and personable. That's an effective combination you want on your side. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

Mr.Leroy did absolutely NOTHING to help my husband. Never awnsers his phone & when he does he's extremely RUDE. ILL TEXT DAY AFTER DAY .NO RESPONSE. wish I could post screenshots here but I can't. Do not chose this guy. You will waste valuable time & money. Even my husbands deportation officer was shocked on how Leroy Simms did NOTHING. we will be contacting whoever needs to be contacted about this. He needs to give us our money back Wich probably paid for his trip to Jamaica.that was one reply he sent me when I had important questions. "In in Jamaica". He's rude unprofessional & does not care about anybody. I don't understand how this man can still be a lawyer.

Dannielle Simms is the best attorney I've ever had to ask for. She's very professional and knows how to do her job. She fights for her clients in an aggressive but professional manner. Thanks Ms. Simms.
