I can't say enough about the attorneys at Simon Law. Without going into a lot of detail, our real estate purchase was a nightmare with the sellers. The attorney, and Lori, took care of everything and made sure everything we asked for happened. They really fought for us and they stayed on top of it all. They even had money put in escrow in case anything went wrong! Like having your own insurance policy. Highly recommend!! Ask for Britt or Lori.
Erik Frins was easily one of the hardest person to work with. I felt that he lacked knowledge in eviction laws and forced me in every step of the way to sign a settlement with the tenants who were absolute worst. Throughout the process it felt as he didn't have my best interest in mind and did a very poor job representing me. When talking to him, it seemed like he didn't care much and would give you one word answers to each questions. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL.
