Go Ask Alice was one of the Best Books I have ever have come into contact with and have been able to read multiple times. With out this book I know I would of died years ago from the suicidal thoughts I did not know how to teach myself to control just to get off of the medication I was told to take just to feel normal. I have not ordered it through the online website But I have been known to get it from the Yale Public Library a time or 3

I made the mistake of buying two books from Simon and Schuster. One of them is a paperback which did not meet my expectations so I returned it only to have it sent back to me. They said it was improperly placed which makes no sense to me. There’s a deadline to return but because they sent it back to me I can’t meet the deadline. It’s also because they took some time before sending it to me. Don’t buy from them. It’s not worth it. I will never buy anything from them again. I was just trying to support them. It was their 100th anniversary celebration. I have called them and was told to email another person which I did but they didn’t reply me. I have, of course, unsubscribed from their mailing list. They’re very greedy, unreasonable, unresponsive, and unhelpful. If I am not satisfied with my purchase(s), I should be able to get a refund or a good copy of the book but I didn’t get any. I am so angry with them.

NEVER USE THIEIR PIMSLEUR LANGUAGE SERVICE! They will cheat you. If I could give them zero stars I would. What a scam. Their Spanish app automatically renews (charges you) WITHOUT your permission. When I tried to cancel, the app does not allow cancellation. So I had to call and cancel by phone in February. They said it was cancelled, but kept charging me anyway. $45 later, I call a second time to complain, and they pretend they did not receive my first call! You can do better with any other language service.

Auto charged my card many times (Pimsleur) without me noticing. I usually look at my email and many other companies will notify you when they charge your card (Netflix, Hulu, etc). Be careful with auto subscription, easy to miss.
