This was my first time working with legal counsel officially. I had a situation where I was in need of representation. The absolute worst law firm around. They will rob you blind. Look around for another firm or you will be so sorry. They try to sneak in fees for legal costs that should be paid under medical. They are crooks! Wolves in sheep clothing. They have no home base office and work remotely. I promise if you hire them you will be so sorry in the end. Mark my words. SORRY!! I have to file a claim with the Bar Association and I recommend anyone that had a similar experience to do the same. They will hold your money hostage like they are doing to mine. My case settled 3 months ago and still no check!!! There are much better attorneys around. Don’t let them sucker you in.

After my wife and I got into a car accident in 2021, we were referred to Simon and Simon. Thanks to them, 3 years later, I believe we got the best settlement possible. Way more than I every expected. I’m not exaggerating when I say this law firm has helped me change my life for the better, even before the settlement came. They set us up with great doctors to help manage the pain, and walked us through every necessary step of the legal process. It was very hands off for us. The lawyers were friendly, communicative and always willing to answer any questions we had. All we had to do was show up to our appointments, meetings, sign some paperwork and take care of health. The rest worked itself out. That being said, the main difficulty was the speed of the process, which isn’t necessarily the law firms fault. The legal process in general is slow and it takes time, even years, to build a strong case. But they will communicate and be transparent with you. The other catch that you should be aware of is that the law firm will be receive 40 percent of an out of court settlement, and 1/3 of an in court settlement. However, even with this split, because they worked diligently with us and the other lawyers to negotiate a high settlement, we still earned enough to change our lives. And you aren’t charged for their services if you somehow don’t receive a settlement. It felt fair to us. There are no tricks here, there’s no scam. But keep in mind that this is a partnership and it only works when you and the lawyers work together as a team. In order to be successful, you have to be willing to take your health seriously. That’s how you build the best case you can. And to everyone at Simon and Simon who worked on our case, I can’t thank you enough.
