We were very pleased with our experience at Smith Law. It was time for us to make our estate plan so we met with a few law firms and decided to go with Smith Law because of their experience, knowledge, and no-nonsense approach. We met with Brandon who was very reassuring about developing a plan to meet our needs without making the experience a complicated ordeal. No drama, no condescending explanations (as 1 lawyer did who met us in our home & we politely excused him), and at a reasonable fee. As uncomfortable as it is to plan for the inevitable, Brandon made it easy.

This firm has it all together. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. They explain clearly and succinctly how to go about getting things done, and with your direction, they do it and in a timely manner. Personally speaking, they did my husband's will ten years ago. He died this year. Because of the their thoroughness and advice then, I did not need to go through probate nor did I need to publish a note to his creditors!

Brandon was very efficient and broke things down for us during closing. Lauri and Mary were also great helping us get everything together that was needed. It was an easy process with Smith Law.
