If I could give 0 stars that would be appropriate for this so called law firm represent my late cousin’s estate it was a big mistake trusting a life long friend who was unorganized & allowing them to represent the estate in probate. The father/Joseph who was a long time friend of my cousin turned out to be incompetent along with his son/Douglas. After 2 years, I, along with the other beneficiaries have still not received any comprehensive paperwork about the distributions of real property and the information on the sale of the family home. Appointing someone an executor was a mistake and the mistake was trusting them when I should have had the probate court appoint someone competent. The father and son are very rude, evasive, uncooperative and completely unprofessional. After discovering the arrest record of Douglas Soffey for DWI and other charges I realized what a mistake having him and his father represent the estate. This firm plays nothing but shady games and will have to answer to the court very soon for the way they handled my family’s estate.See you in court & I betting thst Latasha James pulls your licenses. The father and son are totally incompetent and imo need to be expelled from the justice system. Hire them and you will be sorry. Imo

Just want to thank Joseph and Doug Soffey for always doing right by myself, friends and family. They are always professional and very friendly. Thanks for always getting it done! I would recommend to anyone in need of legal help.

A wonderful farther and son team. Law will certainly be boring without them .
