In order to be represented for a disability case for age 35, you must have two doctors to write off about your functioning levels. Long story short, I told Morgan and Morgan all of my problems, over 14 diagnosis’s, and they took my case on the spot. I tried to provide them with medical information, this law firm that is, and they would not have it until they had both doctors signing off on what my limitations are. If you are under the age of 55 and you’re trying to file a Social Security Disability claim, go with someone else. Don’t waste your time here, they don’t care. As many of us age 35 know, no doctor is going to fill out disability paperwork on someone so young. The only thing they will do is keep medical information on the person. But apparently this law firm does not care about the limitations of doctors at the moment.
