Expensive but does what he says he says he will do

HORRIBLE!! Since the begging they were rude once they see that you might get them they try to be nice, they have a small office nobody even fits, they tell you your appointment is at certain time you end up waiting 2 hours or more. The lady in the receptionist gets an attitude with everybody that just wants to know what time they will be seen. The lawyer Sperling made me feel horrible after telling me "THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL YOU ARE GETTING OUT OF THIS ONE" why didn't you all tell me in that in first place if you were so sure. Scams! He then went on by telling me i should me ASHAMED of my self" Lawyers are supposed to do there best to try and defend you and advice you on other options, not sit there and make you feel like complete trash! I can only imagine all those Hispanics that are not informed enough, taking advantage of there.

John Sperling is a good lawyer he helped me fight my case and we won it I recommend him.

Despite of their busy schedule, the paralegal called back in a timely manner. She was patient, straight forward, and nice about it. She's cares about your case and wants the best for you, very satisfied.

Horrible Horrible service!!! This lawyer and staff made my husband, my 4 yr old and I wait almost 4 hours and at the end we were still not seen!! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate place. Initial appointment was at 3:00 p.m. and the receptionist told us to "go eat or something" because the lawyer was in court. After coming back at 5 p.m. we waited until after 6 p.m. and the lawyer still wasn't even in the office yet with a whole room full of people! This was ridiculous if I could give them a 0 I would! NEVER coming back to this office for any services. Terrible customer service.
