Absolute garbage law firm. If they make you a promise and you do your part and pay the debt IN FULL the day you learn about it, they WILL NOT do their part. I had no idea this debt existed but took full ownership of it. It did not appear in my credit. Never got anything in the mail. I paid it IN FULL via wire transfer within 24 hours of learning about it and they still have my bank account locked up and refuse to answer emails or return calls. Specifically Sebastian Silva - he’s really nice on the phone but then lies and lies about their side of things. I am reporting them to the Florida Bar. They are a scam agency. Garbage lawyers. Bottom of the barrel trash. The attorney himself must be a real loser and failure at his profession to have to do this type of work.

They will call you and keep making empty threats about suing you. Whatever you do DO NOT agree to anything. If they send something to you in the mail, then just mail their junk back to them and move on. When they keep calling your phone, just let it ring. Don’t even bother to block their number. Eventually they will leave you alone. Treat them like how you treat the police by remaining silent. Times are tough right now and everybody is trying to make a quick buck no matter how screwed up the methods are.

Terrible company. They took money from my bank account for a reason I don't even know and then froze my accounts. I will be getting a lawyer for these people. Not to mention I called it said to enter my phone number which I did and it said it wasn't a valid number that I was calling from. Looks like they are some kind of debt company and I have all mine taken care of. Lawyers will be contacted.

The will sue you and use Fraudulent documents to Try and win their case. If you have been a victim of Sprechman and Fisher file a complaint with the Florida Bar and consumer protection. They are crooks and uses illegal practices. Do not settle with them before carefully reviewing the evidence. I'm sire you will see they have fake documents. make sure to verify the phone numbers and addresses on their evidence. They are the worst of our species and they will prey on a alpha predator and receive the ultimate demise.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. The collection rep Sebastian Silva is very rude and condescending. He does not return phone calls or emails. Based on other reviews I know I'm not the only person who feels this way about this place. My next option is contacting the Florida Bar.
