Damien and Nathan Ellis represented my ex domestic partner who attempted to block my relocation out of Florida with our son to take a new position - necessary as I had been the primary bread winner for our entire relationship. He and his legal team attempted to plead the case that a man who has had our son in daycare since he came off my breast while I worked a pediatric surgeon and he watched TV all day was the primary parent. Needless to say, he lost; now my ex partner has left Florida for Texas, without notifying me or the Florida family courts. He refuses to provide his home address or place of employment but both Damien and Nathan Ellis continue to feign ignorance as to his whereabouts and continue to threaten me with legal action if I don’t put my 7 year son on 2 planes to go see a man who is still demanding child support, who as far as I know doesn’t have a job or a home and surely doesn’t live in Florida. They lack integrity and empathy and have no regard for the safety of children. They are perfectly matched to my ex partner.
