I called these guys and asked to employ them, to have them represent me in a case of a HIPAA rights violation and they informed me that they only took cases in the case of a defendant, that they don't prosecute anyone for violation of rights. While this is, not illegal, you should consider the ethics of the people you pay substantial amounts of money to and these people will take money in order that they can perhaps prove the guilty innocent, but they refuse to earn money by championing the righteous and bringing justice to victims.
