Mr. Thomas was very professional from the beginning to the end. We did everything virtually and he called me regularly to keep me updated with what was going on. Anytime I called or emailed him he responded in a timely matter. This was my first time filing bankruptcy and he made the process as simple as he could and made me very comfortable through it and I really appreciate him for that.

He doesn’t show up on time sometimes. His paralegal handles all his work. (Can’t talk to him personally when needed) He doesn’t put the extra work in to satisfy his clients. He’s very unprofessional as far as appearance and he doesn’t keep up with the case (forgets key valid points). He doesn’t seem to truly listen to what his client wants. If you’re looking for counsel that cares, keep searching! I’ve paid over $5000 and I wish I did more research before I retained him.
