I just had a very VERY bad experience with this company. They were the first people I talked to about cleaning my gutters. I gave them my address and described my two story house, talked about coupons, etc and arrived at a price. After some calls for quotes from other vendors they were in the right range and had decent availability. I called back to schedule and we found the first rep got my street address wrong. After correcting the address they increased my quote by 100%. Still the same 2 story house. Still the same square foot footprint. Now they want twice the money - I say because of my (fancy) address/neighborhood. Beware, shop around, and shop local, not to the 800 number call center from Ned Stevens I'm calling the local guy back and paying a smidge more and waiting a little longer. Why? He stayed on the phone with me and described the job and issues to watch for even AFTER he realized he wasn't going to get the job because he could not come out for a couple of weeks. I should have gone with his quality over the fictitious price and promise of speed to begin with.

Fraudulent advertising, charged account never delivered services. Services delivered after I reported to my credit card company. Just received a notice via USPS. More fraudulent scare tactics by this businessa couple of months later, in large print: "During a previously scheduled service visit, "our foreman" found a problem at your home that requires attention. Each problem is different, so please contact our office for to discuss details. Do Not Recommend Beware!

I got Bad Experience. When I schedule the appointment in phone I told clearly that I need to clean my gutter plus there are 1 or 2 holes need to be sealed. The person told me it will be cleaned and minor repairs will be done with the price of $130. That is why I agreed to schedule the cleaning. But they came and clean the gutter and found out there was only one hole need to be sealed. I tried to explained the spanese guys that it was agreed to fixed the hole but they ignore and they can't even understand english. At the end I thought they will fixed that minor hole but they Just handover me their door tag and left the site. I was just standing in the front door waiting for them but my wife told me later that they already left from back side. SHM. When I called them, the person in the phone told me I need to change my whole gutter as it's no use. I don't need suggestion I need them to do what they agreed to do at first place. Cleaned and sealed that's it. I know my house and my gutter better then them.nI should use Guttermaid instead as their cleaning charge is $85 and for minor repairs like sealing they charge extra. They also provide photos of their work (Before and After) and also give information about roof condition with free of cost. nBad experience. Never recommend this company to anyone.

I have used their gutter cleaning service for two separate properties for 5 years.n They are prompt, organized, available 7 days a week by phone with a knowledgeable, well trained staff.

Stay away. Pricing is completely arbitrary. It seems the pricing is dependent on your ZIP Code. What a shame. I was a new customer and based on my telephone conversation with the receptionist I decided to cancel my service.
